PALMER (THOMAS), bookseller in London; Crown in Westminster Hall, 1664-73. A "stationer" of this name, whose will was proved in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury [P.C.C. 50, Bath], died at Tewkesbury in Gloucestershire in March, 167 9/80 but he was probably a different person.
