Yates, Joseph St. John, 1s. Joseph, of St. Andrews, London, arm. Christ Church matric. 2 June, 1827, aged 18; of Wellbank, Cheshire, bar.-at-law, Inner Temple, 1835, a commissioner of bankrupts, sometime a judge of Small Debts Court, Glossop, co. Derby, a judge of Cheshire County Courts 1847-82, died 2 March 1887. See Foster's Men at the Bar.
