Originally published by Tasso as Aminta in 1573, this transcription is of a translation by Leigh Hunt published in 1820.

Originally the scan backing it was from the Library of Congress (LoC) website, but it turned out to have a number of pages missing (based on the numbering of those pages present) including some text pages (e.g. the Dramatis Personae). Details on bookseller/library websites suggest that the book was advertised as having five plates (in addition to the portrait of Tasso), one per act, based on the absent pages. Neither the LoC scan nor the replacement one (Google from Oxford University) feature these plates, so it isn't clear whether they were ever there in the first place.

Although the publicly accessible version of the Google scan is of the usual poor quality, it appears to feature all of the text pages, and blanks have been inserted to account for the missing page numbers.
