Stacy Aumonier
(1877–1928)

British writer, sometimes mistakenly credited as Stacey Aumonier. He wrote more than 85 short stories; and other novels and volumes of character studies and 15 essays. It was as a short-story writer that he was most highly regarded; with admirers such as John Galsworthy and Alfred Hitchcock
