Description Illustration of the Tern Islands Reservation, in the Mississippi River delta area of Louisiana. This map is an attachment to s:Executive Order 675 which originally defined the reservation in 1907. It became a National Wildlife Refuge, but was de-listed by Public Land Order 892 on April 15, 1953. Today it is apparently today the Pass-a-Loutre Wildlife Management Area, managed by the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries.
