Description

Illustration of the seal of the Economic Stabilization Agency, a defunct U.S. government agency which was part of the Office of Defense Mobilization, from s:Executive Order 10235 (which defined the seal). The design is described there as:

An American bald eagle with wings rising and displayed, facing to the right and standing on an oak branch in natural colors, in front of three enmeshed spur gears in black, all on a white background encircled by a gold band edged in blue containing the inscription 'ECONOMIC STABILIZATION AGENCY" in blue letters.
