Bagshawe, William Henry Gunning, Q.C., B.A. London Univ. 1843, a member of Convocation, judge of county courts (circuit No. 35) since 1 July, 1881, joint examiner in real property and equity for LL.B. and LL.D. at London Univ. 1878–83, equity examiner to Inns of Court 1881, a student of the Middle Temple 2 Nov., 1844, called to the bar 3 Nov., 1848, Q.C. 9 Feb., 1874, bencher 19 Nov., 1875 (eldest son of Henry Ridgard Bagshawe, Esq., Q.C., of the Middle Temple, judge of county courts); born 18 Aug., 1825; married 7 Jan., 1861, Harriet Theresa, dau. of late Clarkson Stanfield, Esq., R.A., and has issue.
