Barrett-Lennard, Thomas, J.P. Essex, author of The Married Women's Property Act, a student of the Middle Temple 25 Jan., 1877, called to the bar 17 Nov., 1879 (eldest son of Sir Thomas Barrett-Lennard, Bart., of Belhus, Essex); born 25 Oct., 1853; married 21 June, 1884, Mary, only surviving dau. of Rev. Canon Price, vicar of Llanarth (see Foster's Baronetage).
