Charlesworth, John Barff, M.A. (junior optime 1843), St. John's Coll., Camb., 1846, J.P. Yorks West Riding, a student of the Inner Temple 16 Feb., 1843 (then aged 21), called to the bar 29 Jan., 1847 (2nd son of late Joseph Charlesworth, Esq., of Lofthouse Hall, near Wakefield, Yorkshire); born 15 May, 1821; married 9 Oct., 1861, Elizabeth, elder dau. of John Barff, Esq., of Wakefield.
