Giffard, Henry Stanley, a member of the South-eastern circuit, author of Jurisdiction of Magistrates, a student of the Inner Temple 14 April, 1855 (then aged 23), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1859 (4th son of late Stanley Lees Giffard, LL.D., bar.-at-law); born ⁠, 1832; married 5 Aug., 1865, Alice, youngest child of late James Adams, Esq., of South Hampstead.
