Marshall, George William, LL.D., Peterhouse, Camb., 1874, a member of the Oxford circuit, compiler of the Genealogist's Guide, editor of Le Neve's Knights, etc., author of Miscellanea Marescalliana, a student of the Middle Temple 10 Nov., 1862, called to the bar 9 June, 1865 (only son of late George Marshal], of Ward End, co. Warwick, banker); born 19 April, 1839; married 26 Sept., 1867, Alice Ruth, youngest dau. of Rev. A. W. Hall, M.A., rector of Debden, Essex; she died 9 Nov., 1870, leaving issue.
