Newman, Robert William, a student of Lincoln's Inn 5 Nov., 1836 (then aged 17), called to the bar 22 Nov., 1843, admitted a barrister of the Middle Temple ad eundem 11 Oct., 1848 (only son of Robert Newman, late of Guildhall, London, gent., dec.); born , 1819; married 6 Nov., 1852, Paulina Sophia, only dau. of late Rev. Robert Watts, rector of St. Benet's, Gracechurch Street, London.
