Warwickshire, a student of the Middle Temple 3 May, 1858, called to the bar 26 Jan., 1861 (eldest son of William Newton, Esq., of Whateley Hall, co. Warwick); born , 1836; married 1st, 9 May, 1861, Mary Jane, dau. of William Berrow, Esq., of Milverton, co. Warwick; she died s.p. , 1862; he married 2ndly, 3 Oct., 1865, Matilda, 2nd dau. of late William Thomas Mackrell, Esq., of Wandsworth, and has issue.
