Onslow, Francis Phipps, B.A. Pembroke Coll., Oxon, a member of the Oxford circuit, secretary to Neutrality Laws Commission 1867, a student of Lincoln's Inn 9 May, 1859 (then aged 24), called to the bar 30 April, 1862 (2nd son of Phipps Vansittart Onslow, Esq., of Alphick, co. Worc., dec.); born 18 March, 1835; married 28 April, 1868, Emily Gertrude, only surviving child of William Digby Seymour, Esq., late M.P., and has issue (see Foster's Peerage).
