Owen, William Stevenson, judge of county courts (circuit No. 24) since April, 1884, of circuit No. 28 Feb. to April, 1884, chairman of quarter sessions for Haverfordwest, J.P., D.L. co. Pembroke, B.A. London Univ. 1852 and a member of Convocation, a student of the Inner Temple 3 May, 1853 (then aged 19), called to the bar 6 June, 1856 (eldest son of William Owen, Esq., of Herman's Hill, Haverfordwest); born ⁠, 1834; married 7 Nov., 1857, Mary Ledger, youngest dau. of late George Ray, Esq., of Milton, Kent, and has issue.
