Palmer, Charles James, F.S.A., J.P., D.L. Bucks, J.P. Berks, late capt. Bucks militia, a student of the Inner Temple 1 May, 1860 (then aged 31), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1863 (only son of Rev. Henry Palmer, of Dorney Court, Bucks); born , 1829; married , 1862, Katherine Millicent, dau. of Peter Hood, M.D., of Windmill Hills, Durham (see Foster's Baronetage, Chaos).
