Pearson-Gee, Arthur Beilby, B.A., Trln. Hall, Camb., classical tripos 1877, from Rugby, a member of the North-eastern circuit, a member of joint (legal) Board of Examiners since 1881, joint author of Factors' Acts (1823-77), joint editor of Benjamin on Sales (3rd edn.), assumed the additional surname of Gee by royal licence 1885, a student of the Inner Temple 9 June, 1875 (then aged 19), called to the bar 25 June, 1879 (eldest son of William Pearson, Q.C., and a bencher of the Inner Temple); born 2 Nov., 1855.
