Coll., Camb., 1870, revising barrister for South Wilts, sometime secretary to royal commission on railway accidents, a member of the Western circuit, a student of the Inner Temple 12 Nov., 1862 (then aged 18), called to the bar 30 April, 1866 (only son of Edward Pellew, of London); born , 1844.
