Pemberton, Henry Williams, M.A., Trin. Coll., Camb., 1844, from Eton, J.P., D.L. co. Camb., assumed the surname of Pemberton in lieu of his patronymic on his marriage by royal licence Oct., 1855, a student of the Inner Temple 16 Nov., 1840 (then aged 21), called to the bar 3 May, 1844 (3rd son of Rev. Edward Hodgson, vicar of Rickmansworth, Herts); born ⁠, 1819; married 1 Nov., 1855, Frances Maria Sophia, widow of Capt. Huntley Campbell, 20th regt., only dau. and heir of Francis Charles James Pemberton, Esq., of Trumpington, and has issue.
