Suffolk, a student of Lincoln's Inn 9 Jan., 1855 (then aged 21), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1857 (only son of Benjamin Phillips, Esq., of Hendon, Middlesex); born ⁠, 1834; married ⁠, 1857, Clara Matilda, dau. of Henry Browning, Esq., and has issue.
