Rooper, Henry Napier, B.A., St. John's Coll., Camb., 1876, a student of the Inner Temple 19 Nov., 1875 (then aged 21), went to Lincoln's Inn 26 June, 1876, where he was called to the bar 7 May, 1879 (4th son of George Rooper, of London, solicitor); born ⁠, 1854.
