Stacey, Francis Edmund, M.A., fellow King's Coll., Camb., 1857, from Eton, a member of the South Wales circuit, high sheriff Glamorgan 1873, J.P., D.L., a student of Lincoln's Inn 3 Nov., 1854 (then aged 24), called to the bar 6 June, 1857 (2nd son of Rev. Thomas Stacey, of Cardiff); born , 1830; married 4 Sept., 1862, Theodosia, only dau. of Charles Tyndall, Esq., of the Fort, Bristol.
