Coll., Camb., 1866, a member of the North-eastern circuit, a student of Lincoln's Inn 16 Jan., 1867 (then aged 23), called to the bar 10 June, 1870 (2nd son of George Stansfeld, of Settle, Yorks, J.P., and of Lincoln's Inn, bar.-at-law); born 5 Dec., 1843 (see Foster's Yorkshire Collection).
