James Stansfeld, M.P., of Halifax, Yorks); bom 19 April, 1852; married 28 Feb., 1878, Elizabeth Wilhelmina Gertrude, only dau. of Edward Charles Healey, Esq., of Wyphurst, and has issue (see Foster's Yorkshire Collection).
