Staples, William Frederic Browne, a student of Gray's Inn 7 Nov., 1842, went to the Middle Temple 8 April, 1846, where he was called to the bar 8 May, 1846 (eldest surviving son of Moses William Staples, Esq., late of Norwood, Surrey, dec.); born 21 April, 1823; married 12 May, 1846, Janet Helen Alexandrina, youngest dau. of late Col. Alex Mackenzie, of Gruinard, Ross-shire.
