Stapylton, Martin Bryan, B.A., Wadham Coll., Oxon, 1854, from Harrow, J.P. Yorkshire North Riding, joint editor of Davidson's Concise Precedents in Conveyancing 1865, a student of the Inner Temple 2 May, 1854 (then aged 21), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1858 (2nd son of Stapylton Stapylton, Esq., of Myton Hall, Yorks); born 23 Nov., 1832; married 11 Dec, 1860, Mary Jane, eldest dau. of John Brymer, late of Ilsington House, Dorset, dec.; she died 1 Jan., 1885, leaving issue (see Foster's Yorkshire Collection).
