Sutton, Henry, B.A., Christ's Coll., Camb., 1868, from Rugby, author of A Treatise on the Tramway Acts, a student of Lincoln's Inn 22 Jan., 1867 (then aged 22), called to the bar 30 April, 1870 (2nd son of James Sutton, Esq., of Shardlow Hall, co. Derby, J.P.); born , 1845; married 2 Oct., 1872, Caroline Elizabeth, elder dau. of John Nanson, Esq., of Carlisle, and has issue (see Foster's Our Noble and Gentle Families).
