Swayne, Henry James Fowle, recorder of Wilton since , undergraduate St. Mary Hall, Oxon, from Harrow, a member of the Western circuit, J.P. Wilts and vice-chairman quarter sessions, a student of the Inner Temple 11 June, 1840 (then aged 22), called to the bar 10 June, 1845 (only son of John Swayne, of Wilton, Wilts, gent.); born , 1818; married 13 April, 1853, Mina Elizabeth, eldest dau. of W. Belton Crealock, Esq., of Brighton, and has issue.
