land and 2 ſervants. Eight villagers and 5 borderers occupy 2 ploughlands. Here are 6 acres of meadow and 10 acres of wood. The paſture is a mile and a half long, and 3 furlongs broad. Humſry holds 1 hides and a half; where is 1 ploughland, 4 acres of meadow, and 20 acres of paſture. He who held them T.R.E. could not be removed from the church ſervices. They are valued at 40 ſhillings. The demeſne of the abbot is worth 6 pounds, but when he firſt poſſeſſed it only 100 ſhillings.

13. The ſame church holds Wintreburne. It was aſſeſſed T.R.E. at 5 hides. Here are 3 ploughlands. Two hides and a half are in demeſne, where is 1 ploughland and 2 ſervants. Six villagers and 3 borderers occupy 1 ploughland and a half. The mill pays 15 ſhillings; and here are 6 acres of meadow, and 60 acres of paſture. It was, and is, valued at 4 pounds.
