    To make technical corrections related to the Pension Protection Act of 2006, and for other purposes.


    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

    SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS.[edit]

    (a) Short Title-
    This Act may be cited as the ``Worker, Retiree, and Employer Recovery Act of 2008´´.
