WILLIAM NEHEMIAH CLARKE, Esq.

Was made a lieutenant on the 10th Sept. 1806; and commander, Dec. 28th, 1826. During several years of the late war, he served under various commanders, in the Redwing sloop, on the Mediterranean station.
