Perhaps readers should note that it is questionable whether this is by Keats. Jack Stillinger in The Poems of John Keats (London, Heinemann, 1978, p.753) states:

On Death, first published by Forman (1883), II, 201, exists in a MS (dated 1814) by Georgiana Wylie in the Keats-Wylie Scrapbook, at Harvard. The poem is unassigned there, and as Garrod points out, pp. xlix-l, we have no evidence to indicate that Keats was the author (there are many non-Keats items in the scrapbook).

Stillinger is referring to: The Poetical Works and Other Writings of John Keats, edited by Harry Buxton Forman, 4 vols., 1883, and The Poetical Works of John Keats, edited by H.W. Garrod, 2nd ed., Oxford, 1958. Moorgate (talk) 13:46, 2 March 2012 (UTC)Reply
