Gorram it, stop protecting pages so I can't improve them. Anyways, this translation appeared in William Jennings Bryan's 1906 book The World’s Famous Orations. Sherurcij (talk) (λεμα σαβαχθανει) 08:40, 26 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry Sherurcij, it was protected as we didn{t think ity needed any improvements. On Bryan's orations this isn't a reliable source as he has extensively edited the speeches and changed spellings/terms to their American versions (labor rather than Labour for example). As this is a translation that may not be a problem but I wouldn't want to rely on Bryan{s work as the sole reason for any change. AllanHainey 19:13, 26 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Ah, sorry, might have given the wrong impression. I was just trying to inform you where the translation was from, so we could get rid of the ((translator?)) template, and it wouldn't face deletion. Cheers. Sherurcij (talk) (λεμα σαβαχθανει) 20:04, 26 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
