(1911), Maler Kotla; s. of Ghulam Muhamed Khan; b. 1873; educ: Aitchison College, Lahore; joined Government service as Extra Assistant Commissioner; resigned, 1895; joined the service of the State of Patiala, and became its Chief Minister; Member, Imperial Legislative Council, 1910; scholar in English, French and Persian.
