You have applied a small-caps style to the whole table, and that includes page numbering. You have the option to take out the overarching and code the small-caps all through the text, or not fuss over the numbering. I am lazy and usually go for the latter. As a note, sticking helpme is not overly effective at enWS as we don't have a good system to monitor.
