Hi, the description indicates that this is not a PD source text, but rather was published as part of a book (OCLC 14881652^{all editions}?). As a result, I think this falls beyond the scope of the main namespace; see WS:WWI. However, if this is going to link to wikisource pages, it could be moved into the "Wikisource:" namespace.
