I was working on creating an audiobook of HP Lovecraft's "supernatural horror in literature". It is listed here as Public domain. On doing an internet search I found;

Supernatural horror in literature ISBN: 978-0-486-20105-4 Publication year(s): 1973 Author/Editor: LOVECRAFT, H.P. Publication type: Book Publisher: DOVER PUBLICATIONS Pagination: 106 Language: English Country of publication: United States of America A462747.

It would appear it is still under copyright. I found this on http://www.copyright.com/basicSearch.do?operation=go

Dover Publications have re-printed the text and claimed copyright on their reprint. The version we have was published in 1927 and copyright was not renewed as required in 1954/55. Have a look on Talk:Supernatural Horror in Literature for the sources that we used. Beeswaxcandle (talk) 06:11, 16 November 2011 (UTC)Reply
