Idea stolen from LJB [edit]

When hanging punctuation instead of putting a gap at the beginning of every line, use {{shift left}} on the first line only. (The amount to hang by is in the terminal pipe, similar to {{right}}.

Idea stolen from Prosody [edit]

Linking to explicit page numbers in the text: Use {{TOC link}}. See Page:Language and the Study of Language.djvu/97 for an example of how it works. First field is pagespace number, second is subpage of work, third is page number label, fourth (& last) is the text.
