Applied some local conventions

Just to let you know that following the wiki code update, we have today deprecated the template {{Blank page}} and the preferred means in the Page: namespace is to utilise the grey "Without text" radio button. Thanks. -- billinghurst (talk) 06:00, 25 September 2009 (UTC)
