Neat! Now ...[edit]

I have done the author page for Struthers, though not sure whether he was the editor or the author, noting that it says "Memoirs of ..." so confirmation either way would be good. Are you right to transclude it to main namespace? If not, then give me a shove and I will get to it tomorrow. — billinghurst sDrewth 15:08, 1 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Well done, I was just working my way thru the "how to create an author" page when I got an edit conflict! Struthers was the author of this piece. By all means go ahead and do the transclusion, sounds complicated. Thanks Chiswick Chap (talk) 15:10, 1 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Oops, apologies for stealing your thunder. Transclusion is a little fiddly for the first few times, but you get used to it. Work has been validate, thrown some links in and created author page for Alexander, as he published. Can I invite you to add the work to Template:New texts? The form to add is {{new texts/item|Memoir of Dr Alexander, Wooler|John Struthers|1863}} to give
Memoir of Dr Alexander, Wooler (1863)
which will pop it onto the front page. Congrats on getting the work done, — billinghurst sDrewth 15:44, 1 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
