BANDELIER, ADOLPH FRANCIS ALPHONSE (1840-1914), American archaeologist (see 3.311), died at Madrid March 19 1914. His last published works were The Islands of Titicaca and Koati (1910) and The Ruins of Tiahuanaco in Bolivia (1912).
