Phra Bat Somdet Phra Poramin Maha Bhumibol Adulyadej is graciously pleased to proclaim that:
Pursuant to the appointment of the members of National's People Assembly in accordance with the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand (Interim) Buddhist Era 2549 (2006). Be it, therefor, commanded by the King the National People's Assembly be convoked on 17 December BE 2549 (2006).
Announced on 16 December BE 2549 (2006), being the 61st Year of the Present Reign.
