St. § 10138 1/2 cc) limiting amount of spirituous liquor which may be prescribed by physician for internal use, as supplement by Act Nov. 23, 1921, § 2 (Comp. St. § 10138 1/2 aaa), held clearly adapted to promote purpose of Eighteenth Amendment and appropriate enforcement thereof.
