Hancock was on the board of three different corporations in violation of the corporate code before he resigned. Voluntary cessation of the activity does not make the case moot. In order to obtain an injunction, Plaintiff must show there is cognizable danger of recurrent violation (something more than mere possibility): a. Bona fides of express intent to comply b. Effectiveness of discontinuance c. Character/Nature of Past violations
