ETHNOPHRONES, i.e. Paganizers, a sect in the eighth century, who, professing christianity, joined thereto all the ceremonies of paganism; such as judicial astrology, divinations of all kinds, &c.; and who observed the feasts, times, and seasons, of the Gentiles.[1]
