CRAGGS (JAMES?), bookseller in London; Next door to the Harp and Ball near Charing Cross, c. 1667. Only known from a letter sent by Lodowick Lloyd to Robert Francis, in which an appointment is made at the above house. [Domestic State Papers, Charles II, vol. 244 (136).]
