CUTLER (ROBERT), bookseller in London; Newgate Market near Butchers Hall, 1663-75. Gave a bond dated August 1st, 1663, that he would neither sell publish or dispose any unlawfull or unlicensed book. Henry Brome, q.v., was one of the sureties. [Domestic State Papers, Charles II, vol 78 (10).]
