DOVER (J.), printer; St. Bartholomew's Close, 1664-65. This may have been the widow and probably the successor of Simon Dover. The imprint is found in a medical work by William Drage of Hitchin, entitled A Physical Nosonomy, which has a second title-page entitled Daimonomageia A Small treatise of sicknesses & Diseases from Witchcraft, 1665.
