ENDERBY (SAMUEL), bookseller in London; Popes Head Alley, at the signe of the Starre, 1643-45. Son of Daniel Enderby of London, merchant tailor, apprentice to Nathaniel Newberry for eight years from March 5th, 163 1/2. Took up his freedom August 27th, 1638. Published a few political pamphlets.
