FISHER (WILLIAM), bookseller in London; Posterne Gate neer the Tower, 1657-63. Dealer in nautical books. In partnership for some time with William Lugger or Lugard, q.v. Fisher was also the publisher of Edward Cocker's Art's Glory, or the Penman's Treasury, 1659.
